Sugar Bowl Challenge ... Men

This week's Sugar Bowl challenge is to make a card fro a man, old, young, in between, it doesn't matter. I like making bloke cards as I am not a big doer of embellies (contrary to what some of my cards suggest LOL!) and I love working with earthy tones which aren't very girly. I love the Sugar Nellie Home Grown boys, so resisted the callings of Hamish and inked up this little boy.
I coloured him in distress inks and then inked the edges in dark brown. All the dp are matted onto dark brown hammered cardstock and the edges inked. Iused the dark drown ink pad to colour the chipboard embellies and added three buttons.

Recipe:
Stamp(s): Sugar Nellie To Catch a Big Fish; PB Transparents sentiment
Colouring Media: Distress inks
Papers: Basic Grey Archaic
Embellishments: Woodware chipboard shapes, buttons from stash
