Spoonfull of Sugar sketch

Beth started Pre-school this morning, what a big girl she was too. I had to stay with her, but she didn't need me as she had Ellie and about 8 other children she has known from Mums and Tots. Hopefully Pre-school will sort the undressing and screeching issues she has that i have so far failed to solve!!!
Anyway she was shattered when she got home and is now tucked up in bed, so Ellie and I have been crafting. (By the way "crafting is tiring" announced my older daughter 10 minutes ago and she is now sitting on the sofa playing with her Leap pad and "resting"!!) I have made a card following Caryn's sketch over at A Spoonfull of Sugar. I had already got the image coloured and cut into a circle so i have just had to sort the papers and layout out - a job really as Ellie is high maintenance when crafting - she like to use all the stash I DONT want her to use LOL!!

Willow has been watercoloured and as this pad of paper was still out I have used it again. I do love these vintage K and Co papers and they go so well with Elizabeth Bell images. As I was trying to prevent Ellie glitter gluing everything in sight, I put two of the stripes on a little out of place - oops! Another simple card with little addition - the paper's much too busy for lots of embellies!!

We are off to the doctor's in a bit - Beth has had a cough for over 2 weeks and both Ellie and hubby ended up on anti-biotics so its probably about time I took her too! I am going to blog hop tonight instead of doing the ironing and card making, I haven't done very much hopping due to the weather and life in general.
Recipe:
Stamp(s): WOJ Sitting Melinda; fall grass
Colouring Media: distress inks
Papers: K and Co McKenna
Embellishments: Prima flowers, lace and brads from stash
