I love this image, but don't use it very often. I have watercoloured the image, and used my nesties to matt it. I have only used cardstock, but tried to use hot, tropical colours. I embossed and sanded the background, and use D'vine Swirls to create the feel of water. I doodled round the papers and added ribbon and cord. The star fish is from the bottom of my embellishment stash.
Do try to look at the other DT creations.
