I don't often do 'newsy post', but I have decided to today as I have a mad cat and talented daughter.

First the mad cat ...

yep she is curled up in the girls' dolls buggy fast asleep. She even allows them to push her round in it - how mad is that!!! Particularly since Beth is a speed fanatic! Miffy was neutered yesterday - advice fronm the vet ... keep her quiet. Well how do you keep a deliwquent cat with ADHD tendencies quiet? Any suggestions will be warmly recieved. The stitches are still intact - just!

Now on to my fabulous, gorgeous older daughter ...

She is really proud of this snow scene she made at pre-school, and spent 20 minutes telling me how she did it. The Snownman is made from her milk carton. We took a picture of her with it as I was worried that the above mentioned cat would trash this lovely snow scene before anyone saw it. Miffy has yet to find it! Notice I say yet!

Oh and I have a card as well ... this is a just for the fun of it card, no challenge, commission, special occasion. A great thing about using up my stash is that I am re-finding papers I was in love with a few months back ... and this K and Co pad is gorgeous! Haven't inked up the stamp for a while either.

I used my nesties, and got a bit carried away to create the frames and matting. Did lots of faux stitching and added more flowers than I usually would. I took the photo and then thought something was missing - hubby found the gem centres for the flowers ... children or cat ... the cat gets my vote! So you will have to imagine sparkly centres to the flowers. The ribbon is from my stash.
