I love my hubby!! He has got me the Magnolia StampClub as a "I love you" pressie. I am partially suspicoius as he was educating me on what they call flowers, chocs etc in Germany when husbands buy them - something to do with dragons - hmmmm!
Anyway, it was a huge surprise when it dropped on the mat this morning!! The girls went to Tumble Tots and while Ellie was doing her 'stuff' (her words not mine!!) I eazi mounted them all and then inked them up when I got home. They are fab!
So I have put the girls to bed early and had a play.
I have used Katharina's fabulous sketch from this week's Papertake Weekly Challenge with this fab stamp. I coloured her using my Aqua Promarkers and matted her onto K and Co papers. The lace is from my stash and the flowers are primas. I love this layout as it isn't too fussy and lets the image really stand out.
This is the card I am going to send to my Mum and Dad for Harvest. I love this Tilda, but not sure what flowers she is holding, so i have given her sedum as mine is blooming in the garden. Edwin is holding some veg ... I think! I have again used K and Co papers, and the images are watercoloured using water pencils. I added faux stitching, ric-rac, copper wire (I am getting the hang of it more now!) and some Prima flowers.

Now re yesterday and Lazy Town, well thank God you knew what I was wittering about cos I was a bit worried that you all might have thought I'd been on the vino before I did the post lol. Now this is a bit sad but have you noticed how many times Magnus doodahs name is in the credits??? He does everything!!!!. We keep meaning to count it but it goes too quick - bit like him lol xxx We reckon he is a meglamaniac. My knuckles go white when it's on but my eldest (32) thinks he's fit (her words not mine I can assure you. Our Kyla loves the flippin programme. That, and Boogie Beebies which she watches sitting in her chair with her feet up!! Do 2 1/2 year olds know what irony is????? xxx
