Ocean's Gift

  I used Ocean's Gift from Sugar Nellie and coloured her in using copics before cutting her and her ickle seahorse friend out.  The paper is from MME and is all liberally distressed.  I matted the image onto the spellbinders floral oval die shape, and added some ribbon, a bow, a button and some pearls.  Finally I added some Viva Decor pearls round the image.
