Bubbles!

I can't believe how busy I am at the moment ... ahrdly any time to craft and when I get time I don't feel like it!!! Dave has taken the girls to PC World (very exciting!!) so I have had a bit of time. As my mojo is taking a break, I have combined this week's Colour Create challenge (didn't need to think about colours!), Sketch Saturday (layout's done for me) and the PBSC (recipe so embellies done too!)

I do love this image and I watercoloured it using antique linen, tea dye and broken china. I cut it out using my nesties and added gloss and baby blue stickles to the bubbles. These papers are lovely for muted tones - definitely sky blue, ecru and tan! I added cream lace for the scalloped part of the sketch (its ecru!) and blue organza ribbon. I added a button and tied more ribbon through it and attached the charm. Finally I punched some flowers. I put it onto an ecru (cream) card base to finish.
I am hoping to do a bit of blog hopping tonight .. I have a really busy few weeks coming up with work so less crafting and blog hopping :( but now the sausages are screaming to be put in the oven ... so off to make tea.
