With Love

Crafty Sentiments have released 2 new, incredible cute Benson Bear digi images - the one I am showing you is called With Love. How adorable is he??!!!!  As well as being perfect for Valentines Day, he would also be fantastic for a new baby or get well card.

Its Wednesday - although it feels like it should be Friday, this week is really dragging!!  Anyway Wednesday means the ritual snoop around the crafty desks of blogland led by the amazing Julia.

A couple of cards

 I love this image - but it is so not me!!  I hate shopping! I coloured it in using my pens and then cut her out.  I embossed some linen cardstock, and layered it onto white cardstock. I tied the ribbon round, with a bow.  I would have added a sentiment, but along with one of my rubber stamps, I have misplaced it:(

Bundle of Hearts

 Crafty Sentiments have released 2 new, incredible cute Benson Bear digi images - the one i am showing you is called Bundle of hearts. How adorable is he??!!!!

I coloured him with my pens before cutting him out and layering him up onto kraft and red carstock.  The dp is Basic Grey, and I added some hession, gingham ribbon and some flat backed pearls.  I stamped the sentiment and die cut it before putting on this fancy label die from Crafty Sentiments.

Crafty Sentiments Challenge

The challenge theme for this wek's Crafty Sentiments challenge is winter fun.


I coloured Jasmin in using my pens - doesn't she look all ready for playing in the snow and ice.  I love her tights, and that stripy jumper!!    I simply matted the dp onto red cardstock and added a punched border and ribbon from  my stash.  I am not sure of a sentiment - need to have a look for a good one!

Cute and Cuddly


I have added a better pic - the first one was awful!!  Anyways this cute Sugar Nellie image is coloured using my pens.  The dp is all new digi papers from Donna, and I added die cut flowers, lace, spotty organza ribbon, pearls, a bow, button and a pin - lots of embellies for me!!  Finally I added the sentiment attached with a brad.

Basic Grey Challenge

After a break for Christmas, it is time for another Basic Grey Challenge.  The theme for this fortnight is New Beginnings/Something new.

 I went for Something new, using my new stash.  I coloured this gorgeous Saturated Canary image in using my promarkers and then did a spotty background for her.  The dp is Basic Grey What's Up and I added gingham ribbon from my stash, and die cut flowers.  The sentiment is from my latest SC digi purchase, and I cut it using my latest die set - love these fishtail dies.

One sprinkle, or two??

 I coloured this cutie up using my pens and then cut her out, and added glamour dust to the wings and sprinkles.  I also did the spotty dotty background. The dp are from Bearly Mine - my latest love (apart from GINGHAM!!) is spots - love spots!  I added some layered flowers with brads at their centre and the sentiment.

Crafty Sentiments New Release

I love this Tobey, he's all grown up, and would be great for those teenage boy cards.  Having coloured him in using my pens I layered him on to more SU papers that i am trying to use up.  I added a photo corner cut out of cardstock, and some buttons with twine knots in them.  The sentiment is from the release.

Primrose Catwalk
Another very retro looking image, I love this 50s look!  Primrose is coloured  in using my pens and I went for a spotty background.  I added some diecut flowers and some red gems, and black flat backed pearls.  The sentiment is from this month's release.

And finally a bit of a hippy chick!!!  Very 70s hippy chick!!!  I coloured her using my pens, in 70s cream and brown!  The dp is Su and I added a sentiment from this month's release.  I added some pretty lace, flowers and pearls.

Baby it's cold outside

Another CAS card from me - and i am loving simply stamping on the cardstock, colouring and then adding  simple mat.  I stamped this cutie from LOTV and coloured her using my pens.  I embossed the MArianne Creatible tree onto the cardstock and simply doodled some extra lines to match those on the stamp.  I added liberal amounts of pearl pen, glamour dust and stickles, before stamping the sentiment.
