I stamped the bauble in red ink and embossed the cardstock using my CB baubles folder.  The sentiment is SU and I added red gingham ribbon from my stash.

So here is my space ... rather tidy as I have very little crafting time, due to it being the school holidays so I have children to entertain!
And hubby's side ... I am trying to steal it back LOL!  He is being VERY tidy thanks to the kitten ... who is into everything, especially things that roll like paint pots, tiny wheels ...!

We are off to Tatton Park today ... big playground and a farm to entertain the children :)

A Sugar Bowl card

I really need to use images other than Sugar Nellies!!!  But ...
I coloured this cute Sugar Nellie image, Jelly Pip in using my promarkers, and then distressed the edges with my TH tool, and vintage photo and walnut stain inks.  The dp is Basic Grey Oxford, and I stamp a lace panel using sepia ink.  The lace I have had for ages and really have reisited using ... still wondering if I should have!!  I distressed a doily, and added some WOC roses, which I distressed first.  Finally some pearls to finish it off.

Witchy

Its hectic here as the school holidays have started and we are busy every weekend ... and this weekend was no exception!  Crafting is well and trully on the back burner, as is blogging.

Fiona runs a weekly challenge on the Sugar Nellie Facebook page, and this week's has been funky hair, so Witch's Cauldron was a perfect choice!!  I coloured the image with my promarkers, and having tried different skin combinations, I went for green (alien like hubby said!!) and matched it with purple hair. Ellie and Beth helped with the spider's web stamping ... can you tell which are their's?? ... and then distressed the edges of the image for me.  The dp is Basic Grey and I added some raffia net lace from my stash and a layered flower.  I followed the sketch over at the Sugar Bowl.

I am off to do the ironing and contemplate what to feed hubby!!!
