We are up to sketch 48!! I can't believe we have been doing this for nearly 2 years .. .and I still have new and neglected stash every fortnight!!!
So here is he sketch ...
Now I went ot the NEC and succombed to Lavinia Stamps and their techniques.. .I was awe-struck in March and resisted thinking I could never do .. but now feel the need for a new challenge and they have provided it. I was talking to Jacqui on Saturday .. apparently she has a few of these stamps but not played .. so Jacqui this is JUST for you .. if I can do it you definitely can because all your crafting is awesome .. so get that brayer out hun!!
Here is my take on the sketch, and 1st go at doing a Lavina style card ...
I brayered the background in citrus and pesto, before stamping on the faries and details. I added some stickles. I matted the image onto Basic Grey origins papers and added ribbon nad flowers form my stash.
Needs more practise but I LOVE it .. .great to get dirty fingers for your craft:)
Recipe:
Stamp(s): Lavinia
Colouring Media: inks
Papers: Basic Grey Origins
Embellishments: from stash
