A little bit of lavender

I have had a bit of peace and quiet this morning ... Beth has settles down with Peppa Pig on the Wii and Ellie has gone to B&Q with Dave ... so I just had to sneak upstairs LOL!!

This is for Rene who is getting Christened tomorrow.  I coloured the image in inks and then used my nesties to cut her out.  As Sophie (Rene's mum) is very unfussy I have only used 1 patterned paper.  I added some rafia lace, satin ribbon, and some small rises and charm tied with a bow.  No glitter just in case small fingers and mouth 'tastes' the card :LOL!!

And another Christmas card ...

I love this Tilda for Christmas, she looks so expectant. I coloured her in using inks, and then cut her out.  I stapmed the snowflake circle in versamark and added snowflake tinsel embossing powder.  The layout is simple, just white embossed cardstock, and a bit of lavender ribbon. I love CAS cards, just don't seem to be really popular in blogland. I stamped the sentiment using lavender ink.
