That Craft Place challenge

Its Sunday and that means it's time for a That Craft Place challenge and the theme this week isAll Dressed Up, and we are being sponsored by All Dressed Up.

I chose this beautiful image, I love her elegance.  Having coloured her in with my copics, I matted her onto Basic Grey papers.  I added some rose ribbon and some pearls.
